What is nickel mesh?

Nickel wire mesh is a filter mesh woven by nickel wires. The main common nickel wires are N4 and N6. The main nickel content of N6 material is over 99.5%. The nickel wire mesh used in N4 material can be completely replaced by the nickel wire mesh made of N6 material.

Nickel wire mesh has super corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is mainly used for screening in strong acid and alkali environment, gas and liquid filtration and other media separation.

The main weaving processes of nickel screen are plain weave, twill weave and mat weave. The main specification of plain weave is 1 -200 mesh, and the weaving feature of plain weave process is that the density of warp and weft yarns per inch is the same.

Among them, there are five methods for knitting nickel mesh: plain weave, twill weave, plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave and reverse Dutch weave. The specification of nickel mesh is 1 mesh-330 mesh.
