Weaving and Fabrication
DXR square hole wire mesh is produced via two proven methods:
Woven Square Mesh
Precision looms interlace warp and weft wires under controlled tension to maintain accurate aperture; plain weave or twill weave available.
Welded Square Mesh
Spot-welded intersections provide high shear strength and minimal elongation, ideal for fencing and structural reinforcement.
Both forms can be cut, formed, and customized to meet project-specific dimensions, pore sizes, and specifications.

It refers to square opening stainless steel woven/welded wire mesh that can be supplied in full rolls or precisely cut into custom panels according to your required length, width and drawing. Instead of buying a whole roll, you receive ready-to-use mesh pieces to minimize material waste and secondary cutting work.
DXR mainly supplies 304, 304L, 316 and 316L stainless steel square hole wire mesh.
304/304L: Suitable for general industrial screening, indoor & mild outdoor environments.
316/316L: Added molybdenum, superior corrosion resistance for marine, chemical, salt spray and acidic working conditions.
Other alloys (321, 430, duplex stainless steel) can be customized upon request.
Standard square aperture ranges from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. Wire diameter is available from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm.
We support non-standard aperture and wire diameter combinations. Send us your required mesh count, opening size or technical drawing for quotation.
