Multi-Conveyor builds 9 feet. x 24 inches Conveyor belt made of hygienic food grade stainless steel with rotating discharge end. Pivots are used to dump batches of defective baked goods so they don’t move down the production line. The company says the part has been designed to fit easily into the customer’s current production flow.
The Pneumatic AOB (Pneumatic Box) housing contains the controls for the pneumatic reject box, which can be rotated up or down. A manual override selector switch is also built in so the operator can rotate the exhaust port as desired. This electrical cabinet will be installed remotely so that the operator can easily select the desired automatic or manual control function.
The company also includes a flush system that uses ground and polished welds throughout the welded inner frame, gaskets and sanitary floor supports. Each boss is welded and independently ground to a certain radius. There is no lock washer. Everything is in place, spaced connecting plates are placed between each section so that nothing accumulates inside the conveyor belt.
Bearing caps keep grease from building up inside and have cleaning holes to allow water to be sprayed in when cleaning the conveyor. Its open mesh top allows you to spray it all the time. Finally, the safety features included with the Multi-Conveyor include cleaning holes designed to keep fingers or limbs out through the use of hygienic, removable finger guards.
