Different from woven mesh with easy loose wires and uneven conductivity, our expanded mesh adopts one-piece integral stretching forming with no welding joints and broken wires. It features more uniform conductivity, higher structural stability, better ductility, and is not easy to deform during battery winding and lamination. Meanwhile, the three-dimensional mesh structure provides larger coating adhesion area, which effectively prevents electrode active materials from falling off, greatly improving battery cycle life.
