Here are 59 individually designed beachfront luxury condominiums located along Key Biscayne’s sparkling lagoons. Monad Terrace offers bright lighting and ample outdoor personal space protected by climbing gardens planted with native bougainvilleas and passion fruit.
       For this innovative green wall and railing system, Jacob selected the right hardware, fittings and cables to meet the goals set by the design team.
        The northern and southern facades will become real landscapes: filters of flowers, plants and foliage. Neighbors will never be able to see the privacy of Monard Terrace and Apartments. Only beautiful vertical landscapes fall into their field of view.
